Made-to-Order Production
All products are made to order. Production time is 1–3 days before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination.
United States
All orders ship from our studio in Yakima, Washington State. Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 3–6 business days depending on location. We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Canada
We ship to Canada via USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
We do not collect GST, customs duties, or brokerage fees at checkout. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and may be due upon delivery (DAP — Delivered At Place).
UPS shipments may include a carrier brokerage fee upon delivery, separate from any customs duties or taxes. This is charged directly by UPS.
United Kingdom
We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom. UK checkout is unavailable.
Australia
We ship to Australia via USPS and UPS. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days via USPS or 5–10 business days via UPS Express.
We do not collect GST or customs duties at checkout. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and may be due upon delivery (DAP — Delivered At Place).
UPS shipments may include a carrier brokerage fee upon delivery, separate from any customs duties or taxes. This is charged directly by UPS.
Additional Information
- We do not accept returns on any orders, including international shipments. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for details on damaged or defective items.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order — we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
